New Product Scaling Strategy

Shinning will increase investment in market development for high value-added new products and focus on product serialization and scaling. It will leverage the company's technological and managerial expertise to expand production capacity of high value-added products, achieve economies of scaling, seize market opportunities, and further enhance the market competitiveness of the company and products.

Establishment of R&D Systems

A series of management systems have been established within the R&D center, including the "New Product Rewards Scheme for Developers," "Confidentiality System Regulations for R&D Center," "competition Management System for R&D Staff," and "Technical Documentation Management System for R&D Center." These systems ensure standardized operation of technological research and development.

Building R&D Software and Hardware Capability

Shinning's research and development already has simulation capabilities, such as plug force, forward force, and high-speed SI, and will continue to expand these capabilities. In the next 2-3 years, shinning will establish a complete set of simulation capabilities in the three major technical areas of fluid simulation, mechanical simulation, and high-speed high-frequency simulation. This will cover the main theoretical simulation capabilities involved in connector products and establish a dedicated simulation team of 4-5 people. In terms of hardware, Shinning will continue to increase investment in research and development laboratory equipment, such as rapid and accurate ROHS 1.0/2.0 environmental testing equipment, high-definition microscopes with magnification of over a thousand times for microstructure analysis. As well as other equipment including 3D laser inspection devices, 3D printing equipment, high-frequency testing equipment above 50G, and waterproof material testing equipment. With a well-equipped and powerful hardware infrastructure in the laboratory, the performance of new products can be quickly, fully and accurately analyzed and tested. Through the comprehensive establishment of software and hardware platforms will significantly shorten the new product development cycle, improve the success rate of new product development, and enhance the quality of new products, thereby achieving an overall improvement in research and development capabilities.

Promote control of production quality

Promote standardized operations, with clear and executable methods for all positions. Implement comprehensive coverage of production coding, PFMEA, CP, SOP, and SIP data; strengthen quality inspection mechanisms, and strictly implement monitoring methods for first inspection (state control), patrol inspection (process control), and final inspection (result control).

Build continuous innovation capability in R&D

Shinning participates in connector industry associations, including the China Electronic Connector Component Subcommittee, Taiwan Electronic Connector Industry Association, Shenzhen Connector Industry Association, and Guangdong Connector & Cable Industry Association. Through extensive communication and learning with technical experts in the industry and experts in related fields, to understand the latest development trends in the connector industry and explore the application of new technologies, materials, processes, and equipment. Participating in the formulation of industry standards within associations helps guide the company's research and planning for product innovation. By joining international standardization organizations, such as the SFF Association and PCI-SIG which has been joined, that can stay updated on the latest standard information, understand the background demands and application scenarios for standard development, and be at the forefront of technological advancement.
